Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. As soon as your item ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and the rest of the world. Times can vary by 1–3 days depending on your country and local customs.

Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email or visit our Track your Order page to follow its journey to you.

Most orders arrive smoothly, but in rare cases your country may apply a small customs or import fee. This is the our's responsibility, and our team is happy to help if you need support clearing it.

If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Visit our Returns Portal, select the item(s) you'd like to return, and download your free prepaid return label. Just pack up your item and send it back to us.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's done.

We currently don't offer free exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please request a return through our portal and place a new order with the correct option.
